JOB TITLE: TRAVEL- RN- PRE-OP
JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pre-Operative unit. The Pre-Op RN is responsible for providing direct patient care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their safety, comfort, and preparedness before surgery. This role involves patient assessment, education, vital sign monitoring, IV insertion, medication administration, and collaboration with the surgical team.

Unit / Specialty: PRE-OP
Schedule / Shift: 10A - 8:30P (Rotating shifts may be required)
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Pre-Operative nursing experience.
• Experience in a hospital setting is required.
Required Qualifications:
• Current and valid RN license in the State of Florida.
• BLS certification.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy.
• Ability to educate patients and families effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications:
• BLS
