JOB SUMMARY
Provide direct patient care to individuals in a Medical/Surgical unit. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition, reporting changes to the physician.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
