JOB SUMMARY
The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will provide occupational therapy services to patients at Skyline Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Occupational Therapist in evaluating and treating patients.
- Implement established treatment plans.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Adapt treatments based on patient response and therapist's direction.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Schedule / Shift
- 36 hours guaranteed.

Required Qualifications
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a COTA.

Experience
- Previous experience as a COTA is preferred.

Skills
- Proficient in therapeutic techniques and interventions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Unit / Specialty
- Skilled Nursing / Rehabilitation

Floating / On-Call
- Floating between units may be required.
- On-call duties may be assigned as needed.
