JOB SUMMARY
Seeking an experienced Operating Room Scrub Tech to provide direct patient care and surgical assistance within the operating room.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the sterile operating field.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and assist during surgical procedures by handing instruments, supplies, and equipment.
- Account for all instruments, sponges, and sharps.
- Manage surgical specimens.
- Assist with patient positioning and draping.

Schedule / Shift
4 x 10 hour shifts

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in scrubbing

Experience
- Experience in general surgeries
- Experience in traumas
- Experience in orthopedics
- Experience in OBGYN
- Experience in Endoscopies

Skills
- Proficient in surgical scrubbing techniques
- Ability to anticipate surgeon's needs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operating room environment
