JOB SUMMARY
Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients admitted to a critical care access hospital. Focus on treatment delivery for patients with a strong rehabilitation mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients admitted to the hospital.
- Focus on treatment delivery, not solely evaluations.
- Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and treatments (as per JD, though title is PT, assuming OT evaluations/treatments are also part of the unit's scope).
- Utilize all available lift and rehabilitation equipment in the large rehab gym.
- Provide therapy outdoors as needed.
- Deliver therapy within a fully functioning kitchen and laundry setup within the new Rehab Gym.

Schedule / Shift
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Required Qualifications
- Ability to evaluate and treat patients admitted to the hospital.
- Strong rehab mindset with a focus on treatment.
- Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience.

Certifications
- BLS required.

Skills
- Comprehensive OT evaluations and treatments.
- Proficient in the use of all lift and rehabilitation equipment.

EMR / Systems
- Cerner

Patient Population
- Predominantly swing bed patients.

- Rehab Services

- Outpatient Rehabilitation

Floating / On-Call
- Will float to Eckerd Living Center if needed (located in the same building).
- Primary location will be Highlands-Cashiers Hospital.
