JOB SUMMARY
Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents/patients; plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the attending physician and/or consulting specialist. Provide consulting physical therapist services.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program.
- Provide consulting physical therapist services.
- Work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations.

Schedule / Shift
Variable - Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm, or Sunday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm

Required Qualifications
- Candidate must have an active State of Hawaii Physical Therapist license by the start of the assignment.
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience in at least one of the following settings working with adults: Acute, Rehab Hospital, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- Primary ACUTE Inpatient experience required.

Certifications
- BLS

Experience
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in at least one of the following settings working with adults: Acute, Rehab Hospital, or SNF.
- Must have primary ACUTE Inpatient experience.

EMR / Systems
- Meditech

Unit / Specialty
- Primary coverage in ACUTE REHAB
- Secondary coverage in ICF/SNF Rehab

Floating / On-Call
- Available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

Education: Bachelors Degree
