JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing CT scans and related procedures in a timely and efficient manner, supporting the ER department with stroke and trauma patients. Adheres to AIDET principles and maintains a friendly, patient-focused demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform standard CT scans.
- Operate GE and Siemens CT scanners.
- Utilize Terra Recon or reformatting capabilities on other platforms.
- Document patient care and procedures using Meditech and GE Centricity.
- Collaborate with the ER team to expedite patient care.
- Ensure efficient turnaround times for CT scans, particularly for stroke and trauma cases.
- Adhere to AIDET principles for patient interaction.
- Maintain a patient-focused and friendly approach.
- May float to the main CT department.
- Comply with HCA Division policy regarding dress code (black scrubs).

Schedule / Shift
- Friday - Sunday
- 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Required Qualifications
- 1 year of CT experience.
- GE Experience.
- Trauma and Stroke experience.
- Advanced skills in Terra Recon or reformatting on another platform.

Certifications
- ARRT CT
- BLS
- FL License

Experience
- 1 year of CT experience.
- Trauma and Stroke experience.
- GE Experience.

Skills
- CT scanning procedures.
- Operation of GE and Siemens CT scanners.
- Terra Recon or reformatting experience.
- EMR/Charting proficiency.
- Patient care and communication (AIDET).
- Teamwork and collaboration, especially with ER staff.

Education: Certification
