JOB SUMMARY
Provide skilled physical therapy treatment to patients under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist. Assist patients in regaining mobility and functional independence through prescribed therapeutic exercises and activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
- Instruct and assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities.
- Monitor patient progress and provide regular feedback to the Physical Therapist.
- Document patient care services accurately and timely.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
