• Support nursing leadership by assisting in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services.
• Supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Implement quality improvement programs to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to optimize efficiency.
• Develop policies and procedures to maintain high standards of nursing practice.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration.
• Experience in long-term care, acute care, or specialty nursing environments.
• Proven track record in staff development and mentoring.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Nursing leadership or management certification (e.g., NE-BC, CNML) is a plus.
